The Front Desk Agent is responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, delivering warm welcomes, and facilitating a smooth and inviting guest experience while coordinating reservations, requests, and information for guests and team members. Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Provide top-tier service to make guests feel welcome and cared for, addressing questions and requests to ensure a memorable stay. Communication: Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and the team to maintain smooth operations. Problem Solving: Respond quickly to issues and turn potential challenges into positive outcomes. Multitasking: Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with accuracy and organization. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
