As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge to manage and provide care for patients in a dynamic ICU setting. You may also have the opportunity to float within the same discipline across local campuses, enhancing your experience and adaptability.

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI
• Need 2 years experience in setting
