The Personnel Management Division (PMD) offers a role for you. As a leader in the management team within PMD, you will oversee the day‑to‑day administrative activities of a team of personnel professionals, provide classification and compensation policy guidance to departments and agencies, and address complex statewide personnel management issues in collaboration with other managers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day administrative activities of personnel professionals within the Personnel Management Division. Provide classification policy guidance to departments and agencies regarding the State’s classification structure. Supervise staff engaged in technical and analytical classification and compensation support for administering the state’s classification plan. Lead on addressing complex statewide personnel management issues in cooperation with other managers, divisions, and stakeholders across PMD’s service areas (Personnel Services, Service and Seniority, Exempts, Training).
