RN Night Shift w/shift differential

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking RNs or Registered Nurses for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha metro area. Competitive new wages available! Hillcrest Millard, Hillcrest Shadow Lake, Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages, Hillcrest Health & Rehab. Pay: $38.00-$45.00+ per hour. Additional certifications/education could qualify for a higher wage. Schedule: Full‑time, Overnight (6pm-6am) with $1.50 overnight differential. Benefits Multiple health‑care plans to choose from! Responsibilities Implement quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain or increase elders’ physical and mental wellbeing. Know the skin‑care policy and ensure preventive measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders. Monitor guests for changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians. Review the care plan of each resident, making changes as their condition or plan of care changes, and complete an admission care plan in a timely manner. Complete prescribed treatments and ensure medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure. Qualifications STAR mentality (Self‑less, Tough, Accountable, Respectful). An active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state). Focus on resident care and be a team player.
