Enterprise Mobility offers a global network of car rental, truck rental, and fleet management services. Benefits Competitive compensation: first‑year annual total $62,704 based on $24.61 /hr plus overtime for a 46‑hour workweek. Paid Time Off: 14 days per year plus 6 holidays. Responsibilities As a Management Training participant, you will learn our business from day one while based at a local branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. In this hands‑on program, you will master skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and develop relationships that build your own business. You will be prepared to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and lead a team. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Bachelor’s degree required. At least 1 year experience in one of the following categories: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/bar, or hospitality. Leadership: military, athletics, community, or academic organization. Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license; ability to operate a motor vehicle. Strong written and verbal English skills. Residence within a reasonable commute of no more than an hour to the assigned location within 30 days of anticipated start. Authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship now or in the future. Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week, excluding religious observances.
