Location: Bon Secours Fairfield Hospital Pay Rate: Hourly – 16.00 USD Work Shift: Morning Shift (United States of America) Responsibilities Must deliver superior cleaning quality in a hospital environment, contribute to a safe, clean, and comfortable setting. Perform cleaning, buffing, and bonneting procedures to maintain floors Perform floor stripping and extraction projects as assigned Follow HHS cleaning procedures and best practices Provide friendly and kind service to all hospital personnel Assist team members and management as needed to improve department efficiency Qualifications At least 17 years old Effective communication in English, teamwork skills Good personal hygiene, neat grooming, uniform compliance Preferred: Housekeeping or related experience Physical Requirements Continuous standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting (25–100 lbs.), carts or equipment over 100 lbs.
