Our team of creator marketing experts is growing, and we're looking for people who not only understand the social media landscape but live and breathe on the cutting edge of it. We're also looking for a Creative Strategist who is genuinely excited by AI and its rapidly evolving role in shaping creativity. This includes a curiosity for and hands‑on interest in tools like Claude and an understanding of how AI can supercharge ideation, streamline workflows, and unlock new forms of creative strategy today and in the future.

Responsibilities Work with the Creative Team to develop detailed, multi-platform creator marketing campaign strategies for multiple client verticals. Distill client briefs, conduct research, and analysis to develop strategic concepts and plans that address client needs. Leverage emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude and others) to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and unlock new forms of creative expression. Contribute insights that provide strategic context and elevate the Creative Team's work. Continue to develop and maintain a strong understanding of the main social media platforms and the latest social/creator-related trends. Create impactful presentations and reports that clearly articulate the key aspects of the strategic plan. Design high-quality, on-brand assets for internal and external use. Clearly communicate and defend the rationale behind the recommended strategy. Efficiently manage a high volume of work from start to finish. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience 2 - 5 years of experience in creative strategy, creator marketing, social media, or other related creative fields. Proven experience in experiential marketing and production. Strong background in graphic design. Expertise in leading creator‑related concepts and strategies. Understanding of the social media, brand, and influencer marketing space. Bonus: Experience creating content! Qualifications Excellent creative presentation deck‑building skills. Graphic design skills, including experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a creative and strategic thinker able to connect our client's goals through a logical approach. You can take a complex concept and present it in a way that is easy to understand. Familiarity with the RFP process, analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response. Ability to process data and identify relative trends. Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI‑driven creativity, with a willingness to experiment with tools and integrate them into the creative process. Dynamic and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and be held accountable for multiple projects with fast turnarounds. Excellent time management skills. Deep understanding of the creator space, branded content, and the social/digital advertising landscape. Comfortable navigating the nuances of working with a diverse portfolio of clients including but not limited to Automotive, TV/Film, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, CPG, and Gaming. Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote. Please provide access to your online portfolio or work samples with your resume submission for consideration. The expected salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000/year, depending on experience.
