As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you are: Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and developm Creative! Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children. Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave: At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center. Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units. The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children Compensation and Benefits: • Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options o Lead Teacher- $20.61-$21.41
