A national leader in medical equipment repair, service, and biomedical engineering solutions is hiring Outside Sales Representatives across three key markets: Seattle, Boston, and Houston.

Candidates must be located in the following states: Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, or Houston, TX.

About the Role:

This is a hunter-focused, field-based sales position supporting the sale of diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, patient monitoring, probe repair, and depot repair services into hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices. You'll manage and grow an assigned territory, convert competitive accounts, and build lasting client relationships within the healthcare space.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business and convert accounts from competitors within your territory
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business, managing your pipeline through a structured account-tiering process
• Partner with internal service, sales, and customer support teams to identify and close opportunities
• Conduct in-person and phone-based outreach to hospital, surgery center, and physician office accounts
• Represent the company at trade shows and strategic customer meetings

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of documented outside sales success, ideally with tangible/technical products
• B2B and/or medical device/equipment sales experience strongly preferred background with major imaging OEMs or their service network a big plus
• Comfortable with 50%+ field travel across your assigned territory
• Strong CRM discipline, communication skills, and a consultative sales approach
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Candidates MUST be located in either Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, or Houston, TX

Compensation:

Competitive base salary + variable (50/50 split), with OTE ranging up to $170K+ for experienced candidates with relevant equipment/service sales background. Mileage reimbursed.

Work Setup:

Home-office based, with regional field travel expected.
