Full-Time | Healthcare Housekeeping | Environmental Services | Skilled Nursing Facility

Camellia Health & Rehab is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team in Mobile, Alabama. If you take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff, we would love to meet you.

Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in supporting quality care by maintaining a comfortable and sanitary environment throughout our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and dining areas
Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Remove trash and replace liners as needed
Replenish housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs
Follow infection prevention and sanitation procedures
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all facility policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hotel housekeeping, healthcare housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
Nursing home, rehabilitation, hospital, assisted living, or healthcare experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
