Freelance Videographer – Conference Event, Las Vegas Twine Las Vegas, NV This role is ideal for a skilled videographer and photographer with a strong background in event coverage, tasked with capturing dynamic content at a major conference in Las Vegas. The successful candidate will document booth branding, product activations, team interactions, candid networking, and roundtable discussions, ensuring all assets are marketing-ready for digital and print use. The position requires on-site presence throughout the event and the ability to deliver polished, professional content under tight deadlines. Deliverables Capture high-quality photos of booth branding, product displays, activations, team interactions, candid networking, and group photos with physicians and clients. Produce a professionally edited online gallery with high-resolution and web-optimized images. Shoot cinematic video footage of the booth experience and roundtable sessions. Conduct and record 10 physician interviews and 2–3 team interviews. Deliver short-form video clips optimized for social media (vertical format). Create two highlight reels: one horizontal (for LinkedIn/website) and one vertical (for Instagram/TikTok). Edit all videos with licensed music, basic graphics, captions as needed, and provide up to three rounds of revisions. Requirements Proven experience in event photography and videography, preferably for conferences or corporate events. Proficiency with professional camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom). Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused event content. Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas for the duration of the conference. Skilled in conducting interviews and capturing authentic, engaging moments. Experience delivering assets optimized for various digital platforms (social media, web, sales collateral). Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Availability for potential follow-up work.
