Shift Schedule (Day)Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Jabil is seeking an Inspector Packer II to manually inspect plastic molded parts, package products for shipment, and support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Essential ResponsibilitiesInspect plastic molded products for defects such as discoloration, burns, contamination, shorts, sinks, splay, and delamination.
Pack finished products into shipping containers and prepare products for shipment.
Print and apply labels using SAP and stack finished boxes onto pallets.
Transfer products from catch bins or boxes to shipping containers.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Operate manually operated molding presses as needed.
Perform secondary operations including trimming, reaming, facing, and hot stamping.
Sort and rework non-conforming products and properly document rejects.
Maintain a clean and organized production and packing area.
Follow all company safety policies and environmental regulations.
Train new Inspector Packer I employees when required.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
0-1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience.
Previous experience in inspection, packing, or quality control preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely.
Good manual dexterity and color perception.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
$15 - $26 per hour
