Description: The Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for administering respiratory and pulmonary treatments and testing. They administer oxygen and nebulizer treatments. They perform stress testing and schedule outpatient tests. Candidates must hold a current state Respiratory Therapist License. Certification or registration through the National Board for Respiratory Care in RT or CRT is required. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP through AHA are also necessary. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
