No chasing heavy installs. Just run the call and communicate effectively. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of electrical experience (minimum 1 year in residential service). Comfortable running service calls independently and building genuine customer trust. A professional who knows that solving a problem starts with asking great questions, not giving high-pressure sales pitches. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass standard background/drug checks. Able to commute to our Annapolis office daily (take-home vehicle provided after a brief training/onboarding period).
