Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Daily organization and management of team members, guests, schedule, and inventory. Hire and train new team members. Utilize POS systems and cash registers for accurate transaction processing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment. Perform duties of Spa Coordinator and Spa Concierge when needed. Educate guests on spa services and retail. Operate as first in command. Qualifications Previous experience in a managerial role within a spa or wellness setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in customer service practices with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Must be comfortable delegating and providing direction and feedback. Must be reliable to open and/or close the spa as required.
