HVAC Apprentice (Brazing)
Phoenix, AZ | $22-24/hr | Full-Time | Weekly Pay
We’re hiring an HVAC Apprentice / Junior HVAC Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience .
This is not a zero-experience position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the basics, can work with their hands, and has experience brazing copper/HVAC lines .
What You’ll DoPrep AC equipment and materials for upcoming installations
Braze copper and refrigerant lines using proper techniques
Assist experienced technicians with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs
Assemble equipment and perform basic quality checks
Load and transport tools, equipment, and materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow jobsite and shop safety procedures
2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
Hands-on brazing experience (CONFIDENT)
Comfortable working with copper tubing and HVAC equipment
Own basic HVAC tools
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Able to perform physical, hands-on work
Willing to learn and take direction
HVAC installation experience
Experience working with condensers, air handlers, line sets, or residential HVAC systems
Valid driver’s license
$24/hr
Full-time 8AM-5PM, M-F
Weekly pay
Hands-on training with experienced technicians
