A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is essential if the applicant is not yet ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for all ages, along with a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
