Account Analyst

Analyze market trends, portfolio positioning, performance, and risk characteristics to develop client and business insights Create client reporting and analytical deliverables supporting relationship management and client service Conduct client, prospect, and industry research supporting business development and relationship growth Leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, workflow efficiency, and client insights Maintain CRM records and client activity tracking Partner across investment, product, and client-facing teams to support client relationships and business development Provide product information, market insights, and sales support to financial advisors and intermediary clients Research clients, prospects, and market trends to identify advisor engagement and business growth opportunities Build knowledge of PIMCO’s investment philosophy, products, and market perspectives Develop sales, marketing, and product materials Utilize CRM, sales activity data, and AI-enabled tools for outreach, targeted campaigns, and relationship management Track client engagement and pipeline activity Partner with distribution, product, and investment teams to deliver a high-quality client experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum 3.2 overall GPA 0-2 years of professional experience, including internships, with exposure to financial services, client-facing environments, sales, business development, or investment-related work preferred Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages Completion of Series 7 and 63 within the first six (6) months of employment Knowledge of and interest in financial markets, fixed income, and portfolio management techniques Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial, CRM, and data-management tools Interest in leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively across teams, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment Demonstrated interest in client relationship management, sales, business development, or client service Desire to build commercial and investment knowledge within asset management Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills while leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance client relationship management and business development.
