Senior Product Manager-Technical, WW Ops Finance S&A

As a Senior Product Manager-Technical in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation you will lead the vision, roadmap and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, Engineering, and TPMs. You will understand the inputs from multiple internal and external sources and develop a product vision and strategy to achieve the goals of Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team. You will own Hydra products in S&A space. We have a strong vision and iterating rapidly with incremental value to our customers and this will provide a highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities to manage our data ecosystem and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in early days.Key job responsibilitiesThe critical functions for this leader are as follows:Own one or more products in Hydra ecosystem:- Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.- Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement and success metrics- Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners- Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.- Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, dashboards.A day in the lifeAs a Product Leader in S&A, you are empowered to make data-driven decisions, articulate your vision and sell your features for implementation. We build scalable products for planning, forecasting, month-end closing, bridging, and reporting for 2,400 finance users who manage $200B+ in operational costs. Our north star: We want Standard financial processes to run autonomously. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
