Arby’s Team Member Location: Rigby, Idaho Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Pay: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Job Summary We are looking for friendly, dependable Team Members to join our Arby’s crew in Rigby, Idaho. Team Members help deliver great customer service while preparing high-quality food in a clean, safe, and fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent service with a positive attitude Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru Prepare food according to Arby’s quality and safety standards Operate cash registers and handle payments Maintain a clean dining area, kitchen, and work stations Restock supplies and assist with food prep as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Work cooperatively with team members and managers Help ensure orders are prepared quickly and correctly Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Basic math and cash handling skills preferred Must meet minimum hiring age requirements Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with heat and equipment Benefits (may vary) Flexible scheduling Meal discounts Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training About Arby’s Arby’s is known for our quality meats and great service.
