General Manager Overview

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft® and guide your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant delivers the highest quality meats.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, manage staff scheduling and training, maintain excellent customer service standards, oversee local marketing efforts, and meet sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
