Executive Operations Associate - Delta Point

Delta Point is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Operations Associate to provide direct operational and administrative support to senior leadership at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This position functions primarily as an executive assistant role with additional responsibilities supporting operational coordination, logistics management, and business analysis activities. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and daily scheduling priorities Coordinate logistics for meetings, executive visits, program reviews, conferences, and operational events Assist with travel logistics, itinerary management, visitor coordination, facility access requirements, and conference room scheduling Support operational planning activities by tracking schedules, deliverables, milestones, and action items across multiple teams Prepare meeting agendas, executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple projects and stakeholders Assist with data collection, reporting, and business analysis efforts to support leadership decision-making and operational efficiency Coordinate communication and scheduling between government personnel, contractors, engineering teams, and internal functional groups Support logistics and administrative requirements related to program operations, supply coordination, procurement tracking, and task management activities Maintain organized records, documentation, correspondence, and operational trackers in accordance with company and government requirements Assist leadership with special projects, research tasks, and ad hoc operational requirements Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Requirements Active Secret Clearance (Required) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Experience providing executive-level administrative, operational, or logistics support Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs, logistics operations, or government environments Familiarity with operational coordination, supply tracking, scheduling management, or program support functions Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments supporting senior leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Point LLC
