Job Description

We are hiring Packaging Operators / Inspector Packers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves operating packaging equipment, monitoring production, inspecting products for quality, and packaging finished goods for shipment. This is a light industrial role that is well-suited for candidates with previous manufacturing, machine operating, assembly, or production experience.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while supporting various areas of the manufacturing process. Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and production equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor machines and production lines to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality standards.
• Package finished goods and prepare products for shipment.
• Load materials and supplies into production equipment as needed.
• Identify and report product defects or production issues.
• Complete basic production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist in other production areas as needed to support operational goals.

Essential Skills

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of production-related tasks.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hebron, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
