Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Foothills Elementary to lead daily operations of our early childhood program. The director oversees staff, enrollment, budgets, and compliance, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. In this role, you’ll mentor teachers, partner closely with families and school leadership, and maintain licensing and quality standards. You’ll shape curriculum implementation, foster a culture of collaboration and growth, and model KinderCare’s commitment to nurturing each child’s potential while driving center performance and community relationships.
