Internal Medicine Physician

Overview

Step into a prestigious, well-established concierge-style internal medicine practice where patient-centered care is the top priority. We are looking for a dedicated physician to join our collaborative team and manage a loyal patient panel in the beautiful coastal setting of Hilton Head Island. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice medicine the way it was intended, with manageable patient volumes and a strong emphasis on the physician-patient relationship. You will utilize cutting-edge integrative therapies—including peptide therapy, genomic testing, stem cell treatments, and NAD therapies—to provide comprehensive, high-quality care through a balanced mix of in-person and telehealth consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, comprehensive internal medicine care to an adult patient population.
• Manage complex chronic conditions, including heart failure, kidney disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and dementia.
• Implement and monitor personalized treatment plans involving innovative integrative therapies.
• Foster long-term relationships with patients to ensure proactive and preventative health management.
• Coordinate care via a hybrid model of office visits and telehealth appointments.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid license to practice in South Carolina.
• 1+ years of experience in internal medicine, geriatric care, or senior care.
• Prior experience in a concierge-style or boutique medical practice is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
