Your RoleJOB RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Leadership: Oversee local branch drivers including safety protocols, warehouse operations, local sales deployment, and customer service teams to execute the Brenntag Essentials go-to-market strategy.P&L & Financial Accountability: Use financial KPIs to measure and optimize local business performance—specifically tracking volume, gross profit, personnel expenses, and operating expenses.Margin & Capital Optimization: Improve conversion ratios and working capital metrics (inventory and accounts receivable).
