Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Assistant to support patient care under nursing supervision. You will de-escalate crises, maintain a calm milieu, and provide redirection, while facilitating group activities with patients. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and CPR/comprehensive crisis management certification within 6 months are key.
