Virtual Primary Therapist

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Full-Time Primary Therapist to join our remote Virtual Outpatient program! Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.

This is a Remote position, but candidates must be located in California.

Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT Groups
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

Requirements:

Licensed as a  LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or Associates with  AMFT/ACSW/APCC   in CA . 

Experience with DBT or a willingness to learn

Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check

Exceptional clinical judgment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be located in California 

Payrate: $70,000 - $80,000 annual.
