As National Director of Client Accounting, I oversee Colliers' national accounting operations, including policy development, software improvements, SOC 1 Type II audit oversight, and support for corporate finance within the business line. Before joining Colliers, Ali led CBC Advisors’ Asset Services Team which included oversight of property accounting, operations, and corporate finance. She was also a portfolio controller at LPC Realty Advisors I, LP, an investment advisory affiliate of Lincoln Property Company located in Chicago, Illinois. At LPC Realty Advisors, Ali worked on a $1.5 billion state pension fund portfolio with assets located in major markets throughout the United States. Her previous professional experience also included positions as an assistant controller and senior property accountant for Lincoln Property Company. Ali began her career as an audit associate for Grant Thornton, LLP, with a primary focus in real estate. CPA in the states of Illinois, Alaska and Utah.
