Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.16 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor phones, radios, alarm activity, cameras, and/or other site systems to identify security-related concerns and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Dispatch personnel to reported incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations across the location while maintaining accurate logs, incident details, and status updates. Support access control activities by reviewing visitor requests, reporting irregularities, and communicating with site contacts regarding deliveries, after‑hours activity, and/or restricted area concerns. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting unusual activity, equipment issues, and/or conditions that may require follow‑up. Minimum Requirements: Have 2 or more years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be 21 or more years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
