Strategic Global Compensation Lead & Analytics

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia to lead the development and administration of global compensation programs. You will manage annual cycles, conduct market analysis, and ensure compliance with compensation practices. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of compensation experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical capabilities. Additional experience in the technology industry and familiarity with job architecture is a plus.
