What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive service to residents and guests during meal periods
- Assist with meal service in the dining room and/or deliver trays to residents
- Support meal prep, plating, and portioning according to dietary needs and standards
- Set up, clear, and sanitize dining areas, workstations, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen, dining, and dish areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
- Restock supplies, beverages, and condiments to ensure smooth service
- Collaborate with the dietary team to create an efficient, welcoming dining experience
- Communicate resident preferences and needs to support personalized service
- Assist with special events, catering, and themed dining experiences

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and safety
- Genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their daily experience
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in dietary services, food service, hospitality, or healthcare
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in an active kitchen and dining environment
