Reports To: Director of Philanthropic Services Status: Part-Time Pay : $15/hour, 12 hours per week Position Overview The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a healthy and effective Development database and managing weekly gift processing. Key Responsibilities Development Database (90%)

Reports To: Director of Philanthropic Services Status: Part-Time Pay : $15/hour, 12 hours per week Position Overview The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a healthy and effective Development database and managing weekly gift processing. Key Responsibilities Development Database (90%)
- Handle gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and accurate tracking of contributions.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports.
- Manage data cleanup projects and pull lists needed for mailings.
- Ensure strong systems for data management and reporting.
- Provide assistance for annual events by assisting with QGiv event site for online giving and night of giving.
- Assist with guest communications for all events.
- Assist as needed with any database related event preparations and other needs during events as assigned.
- Associates degree preferred in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong skills in data management and entry required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to Wesley Glen's faith-based mission of serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
