Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience and AHA certifications.
Details
Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting within a 50-bed facility
Treats patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
12-week assignment with day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekend shifts available on request
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
- AHA certifications required
- Active and unencumbered state license required
- License required if applicable
- Active Nursys/licensure status required at time of consideration
- Social security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Facility is CARF-accredited for its Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program
- Facility is accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
