Overview $25,000 Sign-on Bonus. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Physician to join a well-established and collaborative health care team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position involves providing comprehensive outpatient care to children from birth through adolescence, focusing on preventive health, developmental screenings, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and improving the health and wellness of the pediatric population in a growing community. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Salary up to $277,000 Quarterly productivity bonus $25,000 sign-on bonus Excellent medical, dental, vision insurance 10 Paid Holidays 5 - 6 Weeks PTO to start Company Paid Life, Short-term and Long-term disability 403(b) plan and company match Responsibilities Provide routine wellness exams, immunizations, and development al screenings Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA registration BLS and PALS certifications required Located in southeastern Arizona, Sierra Vista is a vibrant and scenic community surrounded by mountains and desert beauty.
