About the Role:
The Mable Partners LLC is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team in beautiful Sarasota, FL! If you love crafting exceptional coffee experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and accurately
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash or POS systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
