Location: Greens at Gastonia, North Carolina

Sign On Bonus- $4,000 (Full-Time)

• 2nd Shift Available (3p-11p)

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate health records.
• Support residents during mealtimes and assist with medication management.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care.

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift available (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.)
• 8-hour shifts, with every other weekend required.
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, at PRN status

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
