Con Chellis Agency opened as a scratch Allstate Agency in May 2011 and has built a local, hometown agency around professionalism and putting people first. Our agency provides the tools and training while keeping management hands-off and accessible through an open-door policy. Were seeking an Insurance Customer Service Rep to handle daily client service needs while supporting the agencys sales staff. Youll answer phones, process payments, handle billing questions and policy changes, and assist customers with professionalism and care. Youll work alongside an experienced team with dedicated service and sales roles, plus an agency manager who brings 11 years of agency experience to onboarding and training.
Base salary is $18 to $23 an hour , with bonus opportunities on top
Paid Time Off
Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off

Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phones and assist customers.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Process customer payments and address billing questions.
Handle basic policy changes and service requests.
Support sales staff with daily client needs.
Assist with minimal sales opportunities when appropriate.
Requirements
Prior relevant experience.
Outgoing and confident communication style.
Excellent phone and written communication skills.
Highly organized and efficient.
Punctual and dependable.
Comfortable working with multi-line phone systems.
