Role Overview
Design and evaluate realistic, high-quality business deliverables in PowerPoint and other Office formats to help train next-generation AI models. You will create complex Fortune 500 style tasks, collaborate with an advanced language model to produce and refine Office Open XML files, and provide structured, actionable feedback that improves model performance. No prior AI experience is required, domain expertise and strong business document skills are what matter.
Key Responsibilities- Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks that reflect professional use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in Fortune 500 environments.
- Collaborate with an advanced language model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, with a focus on .pptx formats.
- For each task turn, assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables, selecting the most accurate and effective result based on quality dimensions.
- Create prompts and tasks that would normally require substantial business acumen and multiple hours to complete without AI assistance.
- Engage in structured, four-turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback and preferences after each round.
- Document observations, recommendations, and examples to improve LLM handling of real-world business documents.
- Provide subject matter expertise for cross-functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across industries and business functions.
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience working on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consultancies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with significant exposure to Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proven track record in professional business document creation, review, and executive presentation development.
- Experience designing realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong business acumen, scenario design, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback.
- Familiarity with Office Open XML file formats and experience working with .pptx files.
- Prior engagement with LLMs or AI-powered tools is highly desirable, especially in iterative conversational formats.
- Representative, well-suited titles include private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, or marketing strategist.
