Service & Repair SupervisorWe're hiring a Service & Repair Supervisor to lead our Indianapolis shop — someone who knows pumps, understands how repairs actually get done, and can lead from the floor. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of mechanics while still working alongside them on rebuilds, troubleshooting, and occasional field service work at customer sites.This role is with Fischer Process Industries, a division of Tencarva Machinery Company.Fischer Process Industries, founded in 1957, is a distributor and service provider of pumps and fluid process equipment, with locations in Loveland/Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Owensboro, KY. Fischer became part of Tencarva in 2022.Tencarva Machinery is a distributor, engineering and design partner, and OEM-authorized repair network within the process equipment/flow control market. With 38 locations across 17 states, Tencarva provides end-to-end, whole-system solutions for over 18,000 active customers across many verticals, including industrial, municipal water/wastewater, power generation, oil/gas, mining/aggregates, and automotive. Our service offerings include system analysis and design, applications engineering, custom fabrication of equipment packages, automation & controls, equipment remanufacturing, and thermal hard coatings.The RoleYou'll be leading the day-to-day work in the shop while still turning wrenches alongside your team. This role is heavily involved in teardown, inspection, troubleshooting, rebuilds, and testing of industrial pumps and rotating equipment. You'll also be responsible for setting the tone on the shop floor — coaching/developing mechanics, keeping work moving, and making sure repairs are done the right way.
