Medication Aide$2,000 Sign on BonusJOB SUMMARY: The Medication Aide is responsible for accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed, observing residents for reactions or side effects.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Accurately prepare, administer and document medications as prescribed; Immediately report any errors to Charge Nurse or Director of NursingAccurately take and record vital signsAccurately count and sign medication administration record for controlled drugsSafely lift, move and transfer residents as required. This involves the ability to safely transfer residents who cannot bear their own weight.
