We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Accounting Analyst with 2-4+ years of relevant experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working across multiple accounting platforms, including Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate delivers accurate and timely financial reporting, maintains strong controls over reconciliations and month-end close, and communicates clearly across teams to support a faster, more reliable close process.

About the Role
We are looking for a Accounting Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role is critical to strengthening and expanding our accounting function, with a direct impact on the accuracy and speed of our financial close, cash forecasting, and vendor management processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, a solid grounding in U.S. GAAP, and thrives in a fast-paced, process-improvement-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
* Process and pay vendor bills accurately and on time, ensuring proper coding and approval workflows.
* Monitor and resolve sync/integration errors between Bill.com and other connected platforms (e.g., Intacct).
* Maintain strong vendor relationships by ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Cash & Reconciliations
* Perform regular cash reconciliations to support more timely and accurate cash forecasting.
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate/resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Support the accuracy of expense tracking and classification.

Month-End Close
* Assist in driving improvements to the month-end close timeline, contributing to faster and more reliable financial reporting.
* Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting principles.
* Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

Systems & Reporting
* Support the standardization of reporting within Sage Intacct across the organization.
* Contribute to the build-out of a management reporting package for internal stakeholders.
* Identify and help troubleshoot recurring platform integration issues (Bill.com, Intacct, and related tools).

Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and reduce manual work.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A and other teams to support broader finance initiatives.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Experience
* 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience.
* Experience working with Sage Intacct required.
* Experience with Bill.com or similar AP automation platforms is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
* Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual-basis accounting.
* Strong experience with accounts payable, cash/expense management, and account reconciliations.
* Demonstrated experience supporting or driving month-end close processes.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
* Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); Spanish preferred given regional scope.
* Comfortable working with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
