We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Finance – The intern will support various sub-divisions of Finance including Corporate Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and Management Information Systems (MIS). The support model is designed to expose the intern to various Finance roles within the banking industry and gain a better understanding of the tools/best practices required for each. The intern will work both independently and alongside finance professionals to assist with financial analysis, routine and ad-hoc reporting, strategic planning, and exploratory data analysis. The intern will have a capstone project specific to one sub-division of Finance.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
