Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Day Health Program
Location: Woonsocket, RI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (No nights, weekends, or holidays)

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care and health oversight for adult participants in a day program setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor chronic conditions
• Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including program staff, therapists, and families
• Respond to medical needs and ensure a safe, supportive environment
• Promote wellness, independence, and dignity for all participants

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license in Rhode Island
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, geriatrics, or community health preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Compassion, patience, and a person-centered approach to care
