Job Title: Electronic Assemblers Location: West Chester, OH Zip Code: 45069 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract to Hire Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:30 AM - 4:10 PM M‑TH Pay Rate: $18.00‑$22.00/hr DoE Keywords: #AssemblerJobs #ProductionSupportJobs Job Description As an Electronics Assembler in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by being responsible for the basic assembly of the standard and volume‑based products. Primary Responsibilities Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations. Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes. Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level. Record activity into a database. Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 is required. Ability to pass and obtain an IPC‑610 certification is required. Basic mechanical skills. Basic computer skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to interface effectively with internal customers. Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization. Requirements Include High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder). 2+ years soldering experience preferred. 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred.
