Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician role is responsible for monitoring, repairing, and maintaining various types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as general facility maintenance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.Responsible for general building maintenance repair, including but not limited to the repair/replacement of bathroom door hardware, ceiling tiles, seats, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, roof and field assistance.Timely completion of assigned reactive and preventive maintenance work orders.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required in a team-orientated, can-do environment.Demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to cross train, and ability to learn on the job.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
