OpenLoop Health is seeking a Corporate Counsel to manage general corporate matters, governance, and entity hygiene across OpenLoop and its subsidiaries. This role can be remote or based at our Des Moines HQ, focusing on keeping structures clean as the company scales. You will support M&A activity and financings from the corporate side, while maintaining governance, cap tables, and compliance readiness.
