Senior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Senior Multichannel Creative Designer Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Multichannel Creative Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a role for a designer who understands that great design is not just visual-it is strategic. You will be responsible for translating brand messages into fresh, memorable, and persuasive creative assets that span both digital and physical environments. In this role, you will partner with creative leads and copywriters to conceive and execute innovative campaigns. Whether you are designing high-impact digital experiences, large-scale environmental graphics, or seasonal campaign collateral, you will be the guardian of our brand aesthetic, ensuring every touchpoint is cohesive, innovative, and strategically aligned. Key Responsibilities Creative Conceptualization & Design

• Brand Storytelling: Partner with copywriters and project managers to translate strategic briefs into breakthrough creative concepts.
• Multichannel Execution: Design across a diverse spectrum, including digital (email, web banners, social) and physical environmental projects (large-scale displays, branded environments, and high-profile campaign collateral).
• Concept to Completion: Guide projects from initial brainstorming and mood-boarding through to final pre-production and production, ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency.

Strategic Collaboration

• Stakeholder Partnership: Work directly with brand and channel managers to meet project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Creative Presentation: Clearly articulate your design rationale, both verbally and visually, to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Problem Solving: Act as a proactive problem solver. When project roadblocks occur, bring innovative design solutions to the table to keep the work moving.

Production & Trends

• Technical Rigor: Maintain an expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. Ensure all assets are production-ready and optimized for their intended media.
• Trend Intelligence: Stay current on global design trends and emerging technologies, constantly bringing "newness" to our creative output.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Qualifications

• Education: BFA or Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional design experience (Agency or In-House).

• Technical Mastery: oExpert proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. oAdvanced capability in mocking up design concepts to present to stakeholders. oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint presentations and Word-based copy workflows). • Portfolio Requirement: Must demonstrate a strong conceptual design sense and experience executing across diverse media. Preferred Attributes

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills-you are as comfortable talking strategy with a Project Manager as you are talking craft with a Senior Creative.
