You’ll report to the Regional Vice President and serve as the strategic and operational hub for your region. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request during the application and hiring process.**#INDCORP*## Qualifications## Qualifications* 3–5 years of multi-site property management experience strongly preferred; candidates with demonstrated portfolio complexity considered* Experience overseeing a portfolio of 1,200+ units* Direct experience managing and preparing property-level budgets* CPM, CAM, or ARM designation required — or active candidacy in one of these programs* Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time* BA/BS degree preferred; equivalent experience considered* Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required* Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
