Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Surgical/Operating Room RN to provide nursing care during the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process. The RN will work with a multidisciplinary surgical team and care for patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures. Specialties Include: General Surgery Orthopedics & Spine Brain/Neuro OB/GYN ENT Plastics Urology Pediatrics Ophthalmology Trauma Robotic Surgery, including Da Vinci, Mako, Stealth, and Exactech Schedule: 4 × 10-hour day shifts per week Rotating evening/night/weekend call required Approximately 1 call weekend per 8-week scheduling period Approximately 4–5 weeknight call shifts per 8-week period Call hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Weekend call: Friday 7:00 PM–Monday 7:00 AM Requirements: Experienced Surgical/OR RN Strong intraoperative nursing experience Comfortable working with multiple surgical specialties Must be willing to participate in rotating night and weekend call Ability to work effectively in a Level III Trauma Center Experienced OR/Surgical RN needed for 4×10-hour day shifts with rotating weekday, night, and weekend call in a Level III Trauma Center—must have strong surgical experience across multiple specialties.
